Robert F. Julian practices law with offices in Utica and Syracuse, New York. A partner in the law firm of Brindisi, Murad, Brindisi, Pearlman, Julian & Pertz, L.L.P., he served as a New York State Supreme Court Justice from 2000 through 2008. Mr. Julian is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, and has received recognition by the Best Lawyers in America (Medical Malpractice) and Super Lawyers. He tries all types of Plaintiff’s personal injury cases. He initially qualified for the New York State Bar by clerkship. He holds an earned LLM from the University of London and a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Law) from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

He has published articles in the U.S. and England, and is presently an adjunct faculty member at Cazenovia College, Cazenovia, New York. He is a former Majority Leader of the Oneida County Legislature and the President Emeritus of the New York-Penn League (one of 17 affiliate minor league baseball leagues) having served as President from 2007-2008.
