Shareef Rabaa is a trial attorney specializing in neurological injuries, including traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Rabaa began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of Ohio. As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Rabaa represented the State of Ohio in cases ranging from wrongful death defense to civil RICO lawsuits. When the Ohio Attorney General assembled a civil trial team to go after organized crime, Mr. Rabaa was appointed to the trial team. At the age of 26, Mr. Rabaa was one of the youngest attorneys to argue and win an oral argument in front of Ohio’s Highest Court. See State ex rel. Adams v. Industrial Commission, 2004 Ohio 6891.

As a trial attorney in New York City, Mr. Rabaa has specialized his practice in neurological injuries and has litigated and/or tried cases in all 5 boroughs.

Mr. Rabaa has graduated from many prestigious trial advocacy programs, including the Western Trial Advocacy Institute in Laramie, Wyoming, and the Ohio Attorney General’s Trial Advocacy Training Course in conjunction with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Mr. Rabaa has also had the honor of training under famed trial lawyer, Gerry Spence, at his Trial Lawyers College, in Wyoming.

Mr. Rabaa believes that your attorney should be as specialized as your physician. For this reason, Mr. Rabaa attends many legal and medical conferences to better prepare himself for Neuro Law litigation and trials. In July of 2010, Mr. Rabaa completed Marquette University’s Brain and Spinal Cord Dissection Course. At Marquette University, Mr. Rabaa took classes from medical professionals from around the country. Also, Mr. Rabaa personally dissected several human brains, and participated in a craniotomy and a laminectomy on full human cadavers.

Mr. Rabaa has lectured to various legal associations, including the Ohio Association of Justice and the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, both at their statewide conferences, respectively. Mr. Rabaa has lectured on various topics, including litigation and trial tactics.

Mr. Rabaa is a 2000 graduate of St. Bonaventure University and a 2003 graduate from the University of Dayton, School of Law. Mr. Rabaa is admitted to practice in Ohio and New York.
